Pro Elite Plumbing & Heating is a family-run business founded by Ray Heikkila out of Stormville, NY. Since opening its doors, the company has focused on providing the most honest and reliable service possible.

Ray has been working in the home improvement industry since the age of 16. By the time he was 20, he had become an apprentice at his first full-service plumbing job, where he discovered his passion for the trade.

In a relatively short time, Ray was involved in numerous high-end construction and renovation projects, including work for Starbucks, Mr. Smoothie, New York Sports Club, the former Carnegie estate, and several upscale condominiums.

To further broaden his horizons, Ray began collaborating with other plumbing and heating contractors. This experience led him to a position at a small shop based in Bedford Hills, NY, where he continued to grow his expertise and eventually became a licensed journeyman plumber.

After earning his credentials to become a licensed master plumber, Ray set out to expand his original business throughout Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester Counties.

Over time, Ray assembled a talented crew with over 40 years of collective experience. Each team member excels in their own areas of expertise, making them a dynamic team. Despite their fun and outgoing personalities, the team remains professional, reliable, and top-notch when it comes to service.

The company has been built from the ground up and relies on its reputation from loyal customers to continue to grow.
