Sam Shah and his father purchased a small beer and wine store in 1994 which they nurtured into a thriving business. As a father-son team, they found success through hard work and providing excellent customer service, with that they opened Red, Wine & Brew – Chesterland in 2006. When Sam’s father retired in 2011, Dr. Chetan Patel joined Sam to share a combined passion for enhancing this business success and opened Fine Wine, Beer & Tobacco in 2013. Red, Wine & Brew – Mentor opened its doors in 2014, together Sam & Chetan transformed their beer and wine business into a complete state-of-the-art experience combining fine dining, retail, and banquet services all under one roof.
