AHCI is a fully Electronic Health Record (EHR) medical practice providing Infectious Disease management services in Northeast Ohio including Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties. We are affiliated with Lake Health, Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospitals.
We provide free language services for patients with limited English proficiency. For the convenience of our patients, we have three office locations: Mentor, Geneva, and Ashtabula. Our team of dedicated and friendly staff treats patients with utmost care and compassion, and ensures that patients’ needs are attended to in a timely manner.
