Fitness Yoga
At Satsang Yoga our mission is to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space with skilled and knowledgeable teachers. Through our services, we seek to contribute to greater health, wellness, and mindfulness in the community and to more compassion and kindness in the world.
Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means a community of spiritual seekers who gather to support one another in the quest for Truth, and our yoga community loves to welcome new folks. Our smaller class sizes allow for plenty of attention from the teacher and for the opportunity to make new friends. All are welcome, from brand-new beginners to well-seasoned practitioners.
Visit us at 583 W. Bagley Road in Berea. We’re located in the quiet, beautiful Helwig Whistle Stop building (which has 350 free parking spaces, accessible restrooms, and an elevator). After class, enjoy a bite to eat or a cup of coffee from the Perk-Cup! Cafe or a delicious pizza from Jo-Jo Carloni’s Italian restaurant.
