Compass Consulting Services, LLC was established in Ohio in August 2008 by Ruth Ramos Clifford, MA, CDP, and Tameka L. Taylor, Ph.D. Effective July 2013, Tameka became the sole owner. Since then, Compass has remained headquartered in Ohio but has done work in other parts of the country.
Compass is a certified minority and women-owned organizational development firm that helps companies meet their optimal performance by maximizing employee relationships and fostering inclusive work environments. Compass Consulting Services employs 3 full-time employees and 17 part-time personnel.
Our team has 150 years of combined experience. Compass Consulting Services, LLC works with a cadre of consultants, who work in specialized fields, in order to provide the best service to our clients. Since its establishment, Compass has been able to serve over 600 clients, many of whom have been consistent clients since 2008.
